You never know when institutionals are in and when they are out. They can buy or sell in a second's fraction and don't have to show information about until months after. They can even vote and immediately sell, as did before. They can sell and buy special preferred shares with huge voting power. They can have special agreements to guarantee a win/win situation.
Don't be intrigued; it happened many, many, many times before. They always win and we always lose it all.
