#128930 RE: ChuckBits #128928

Yes, I believe that OWCP is holding on for proof of safety before sales, but no one but the company knows for certain when it will be sold. In reality, it may not be up to the company, but rather their partners in various locations in the world. I'm not saying this is the case, just that once the company licenses the product to someone for specific areas of the world.

OWCP is clearly taking a double course to sales, one course if full drug testing and approvals by Govt. agencies like the FDA, this will take awhile. The other course is demonstrating safety and then treating the drugs like cosmetic or nutraceutical products being sold through cannabis stores. Hopefully with an update to the corporate presentation in conjunction with the Wall St. Conf. we'll learn more about the plan to market products some time in the near term.

Their are a lot of companies already selling a variety of product around the world. Many are called Hemp Oils, and I believe they have less of the oils than are required to not be legal, so they may be sold anywhere. The ones which must be sold in cannabis stores are largely untested from what I gather, but I cannot say that for certain. Our products sound like they'll always go through at least safety testing, effectively Phase 1 trials in protocols acceptable to most agencies in the world. I believe approval in some cases can come out of Phase 2's but in other cases Phase 3 tests will be required to gain drug approval.

It is very possible that approvals will be granted in many countries, but the FDA in the U.S. will insist on further testing here to grant drug approval. On of the complaints the President voiced in the State of the Union message was that experimental drugs should be available to all who are fighting terminal diseases. In many cases the drugs he's talking about are available elsewhere in the world, and might not even be in trials here. As someone who's in remission from a disease, it would be nice to know that experimental drugs were available should I come out of remission.

When I first determined to do stem cells it wasn't the course my oncologist suggested, he wanted to put me into remission without it, and see if I came out of remission, then put me back in and do the stem cells if necessary. He sent me for a second opinion and I was surprised that the Dr. he sent me to disagreed with him, in fact they showed me a report where the majority of patients would be out of remission in under 3 years, and more importantly told me about a rather young patient he was working with where they were having a terrible time getting into a second remission, without it, she had no future.
