I just picked up a few below .50

I have a friend who feels he missed out. I told him to just go ahead and buy for a long term hold but he doesn't like to buy stocks that have appreciated this quickly.

Do you have a good buy price I can rec for him to look for?

(I told him .45 but it bounced off of .48 just now)
