no - that is his total number of shares at 5 million

Mr. Chu rushed his filing and its really an amended 13GA versus regular new 13G to show his higher total shares of now 5 million

he forgot to select the 13GA vs 13G to show its a new amendment number 2

He increased his holdings to 5 million. According to his last 13g statement he owned 2.7 million shares.
I assume he bought 2.3 million shares at these fire sale prices.
