Can't do any buyback with proceeds of their toxic notes or other dilutive financing. Since USMJ is required to give 51% of any profits to a 3rd party, there will not be much left to run the company, let alone do a buyback.

They had to increase the share authorization to 20 billion shares, so it is clear there will be a lot more dilution.
