At a minimum I will expect management to come forward and make a public statement in regards to this share price decline

Solomon and the BOD is responsible. Simple as that. Do you want them to give us more excuses about shorts and market sentiment? That will not be appreciated coming from a management team with zero credibility.

And should anyone talk to them in the near future, tell them they need to quit this nonsense about adding liquidity to the stock. They have no idea what they are messing with.

At a minimum they should just delist from one of the two exchanges.Unless of course no more top-up shares will have to be issued which means soon the shareprice will simply be impossible to decrease more.
OTC is unable to absorb the selling pressure and any dilution even now and as has been happening for over 2 years Merkur just follows.
