WIV, I find it very scary that the south american guy, I believe his name was Julio, put in 1 million dollar to buy shares at 0.10 cents some time ago and now he is not even willing to average down a lot
that sounds to me like "ok, I gave up on the 1 million, but will not lose more". true?
The S. Americans had a warrant whereby they could buy more shares at about $0.026 per share and they apparently passed.
