I used to hate Sessions but I am not so sure any more. He may be the necessary evil to kick start the process at the federal level. Good for Obama administration and those in congress to pass temporary budget riders, but now its time to act and provide permanent solutions.
Also interesting that a CO Republican senator is blocking nominations for DOJ positions. I would think Rand Paul - R would join him along with some other Rs.
I'm secretly hoping our buddy Sessions organizes a big raid on the largest law abiding retail rec facilities in CA this summer. IMHO that would seal the deal and congress would be forced to get off of their lazy asses and do the right thing.
