I`ve always felt that that was so shady of a practice in general,,on all companies. The BOD should be excluded on voting for their jobs,shareholders or not,,and don`t get me started on that many of them are shareholders from RSU`s(free shares),and should`nt even be able to vote shares they did`nt pay for.
