$ ONCI. Reading Level2 on stocks is sometimes better than doing other things JMO. Its a shame to trade for along time and not to make money and have to end up having to chase a stock to try to get some shares before it goes Sky High IMO.

Absolutely. Delay on audit is more than likely because of redomicilled issues This ceo has proven himself. Returning shares to treasury (preferred and common) and voluntarily cutting his commissions (part of his compensation package) in half speaks volumes to me ONCI $$$
