That would make sense if they havent made any changes however "where they are and if they are still in China. So far, cannot confirm that." - if they have moved, telling you vs everyone in PR would certainly be inside information. They will not spend money on a PR just to answer that imho.

One has to be careful, if it is not publicly disseminated then it's insider trading. If Canoe or Santo tells one outside the organization something that is not available to the public that is insider trading. It has to be available to the public.
