Stockholder101..DNAG "flooding" the market at the time of any IPO would not make sense. Wouldn't you believe that DNAG would wait for a run-up in S/P before and then ease shares into the market to avoid a price drop?
Not that DNAG is going to act rationally, but if they are cash starved, a higher market value would give them far more leverage at a higher price than diluting the outstanding shares and driving the S/P down?
