SOOO Wrong Grantor...I usually agree with you on most issues. Your counsel is usually very wise. I won't argue with you but I find it hard to believe that we should TRUST these buffoons in management with a 30% DILUTION of your company!...arguing that we have no choice this late in the game or that they may NEED these shares as a CHIT to bargain for deals...that doesn't make any sense. If a deal is to be made, it can be made conditionally and an emergency BOD or shareholder vote can be called.
I wouldn't trust these people or this board any further than I must...IN FACT, NOT voting for those shares would FORCE them to get this deal done: Sell it for what you can or make whatever deals you can for the products...we saw how sh__ty their deal-making skills are on the canine sarcoma....none of management's failings are NEW news...hold them HARD to what they must do and accept your loss like a MAN/Woman! DONE!

I agree with your admission that the pie is too big to swallow for ADXS. That is why Im voting no to the share increase, get it over with now by monetizing, before the remaining IP gets another downsizing. Who knows if they even get a single product to market when all is said and done. I don't trust em' to do it in a manner that doesn't use me as a stepping stone for new investors to make money so I'm screwed anyway. Recovery from that screwing is as big a gamble as ADXS making it to the finish line. So, I say its time to reward current shareholders with what progress has been made to date by monetizing, which is something that can get done in a timely manner if the tools (more shares+ current BOD)) for prolonging the process are withheld. If they need bridge capital to get it done, the remaining authorized are there, as well as the ATM. By providing them currency they will continue to be enriched while owners like us continue to be at the mercy of their judgement, which historically has slaughtered every investor who has participated. Its so black and white to me. The gamble of MONEY and TIME on the outcome at the end of the rainbow is not something I'm interested in any longer. Ive wasted far too much $$$ opportunity to support this scheme.
