Dr. Benjamin has/had IMCL and LLY connections, once upon a time...if so, when?

So did Carl Icahn. As activist and BOD chairman of IMCL, Icahn was credited with finding a better deal...$10/share better...for the buy- out of IMCL by LLY(IMCL’s erbitux being a factor) some years ago.

The loser BP that did not offer enough for IMCL? None other than BMY.

We owned IMCL at the time—received $79/share.
