I am wondering if the whole setup was to avoid ECAB conflict, so they just structured these "loans" with collateral, where loans would never be repaid and Burnham was the tool for dillution.

By this, my money has been lost in a ever dilluting company. No wonder we lack insider buy here.

Transparent Dan: I can post your picture again if you like. Have you worked all this out by ourself, over in Ohio? And the accounting-dinosaur in China pulling the strings.

I still own some shares, but really question WTF is going on here.
