While I agree that this is concerning, this does not seem to be a recent change that I can tell. I am seeing that they lost their license in 2016.

Effective May 10, 2016, Burnham Securities Inc. has withdrawn from registration as a FINRA member
broker/dealer. Items 5 and 10 of this brochure, "Fees and Compensation" and "Other Financial Industry
Activities and Affiliations" respectively have been amended to reflect this change.
