I expect that is an interview with the city to review their application and supporting business plan. They didn't insist what stage they are in, there are four stages they need Rio make it through with the city. If they make it past this round, I'd expect a pr. If they don't, I'd expect them to be silent.
What was interesting sit this last pr is, they made it sound like they applied fur cultivation in addition to production. The licensing pr based it sound like they were only going for production, so let's hope they clarify because production licenses will be more limited than cultivation.
