Law360 included the Finjan news in both the IP and Technology email blasts overnight. It wasn't a real well-written article. It only mentioned the current Blue Coat case and didn't even mention the Symantec filing staying that case while they finalize a settlement there.
I was a little disappointed at first, but thinking about it makes me view it as a good thing. It will bring in a few people and get it in the minds of others so when they see the update is a grand settlement of all cases globally, it will be new to them and actionable news.
Don't think it was an article that will move it to $3 (should be $4 - $5 with what we know), but it will move up a bit and give Israel Seed a little volume to sell into. All up to IS whether it moves up or we just see more of their shares absorbed today. Both are very good things. Don't be disappointed in the price. Take advantage of it. It will hold a higher price after the news with IS almost out than it would if they dumped 2M shares after the news. They are doing us a favor by selling now at a lower price.
