It's impossible to have any dilution here. Besides the obvious Form 15 with regards to short term lenders disallowing them to convert....the Company had an injunction(preliminary injunction) placed on 8/19/2015. The company already had filed and been approved for a raise of authorized via Def 14. The injunction made the company ineligible to issue any shares or raise the authorized via Florida jurisdiction...which is the main(if only) reason they filed a Form 15 in Feb of 16'.
This leads to a very wonderfully unique situation currently. This...given the March 9th closing(which was supposed to happen Feb 8th..ish).
