It is a jungle JDM, and I for one am tired of being preued upon. What makes you think we're going to blow the deal up by demanding transparency? Why is it that we don't deserve transparency? These men aren't our betters, they're behaving like pirates. If this is a good deal for shareholders of cdmo, who have paid for the IP again and again for years, then there is no reason for opacity. Show us the explicit terms of the deal and how we are protected. This is not too much to ask. If they're not willing to do this then it's a bad deal for us and I'd rather go down fighting. *grabs poison frog, darts
