Found this..."institutional ownership" Form 13G filed.

To much time on my hands.

Welch Group, Birmingham, AL holds 72,000 shares. Not much mind you, but a new filing....but they manage close to $1 Billion in assets.

Coincidence? ...Welch is headquartered in Birmingham, AL...same ad TGICQ ( Mr. Ratliff III, CEO.

Could be nothing...but could be something.
