why so many large players on this board don't fly over or contact local lawyers
The real problem, besides the financial issues, is that SIAF still is a venture company. The big players knows that and is in for the long run (although probably frustrated and worried). They have done their DD and been to the facilities. A temporary (big) bump in the road isn't an issue for them, and a lawsuit would harm the company (and hence themselves) - which is why it isn't the long people who are talking about lawsuits.
