Wouldn't be surprised if this was the Ronin brought from the beginning (being pushed by Dart or someone) and the BOD told them to get lost. The plan was then hatched.... Who knows but it all stinks and unless we get some multiple quality manufacturing contracts soon we are going out of business. We own nothing.
All these 7 BOD members with all their contacts and we got no contracts and Ronin probably got us $8M for the IP with no other guarantees.i think I would have rather gone with old BOD and hope against hope they fooled somebody into buying us
