Looks more than 70,000 shares are being offered at the moment for a dime -- a decent starting point.

"Perfection", a wonderful state of residence. Lived there once myself.

Of course, if I am wrong and a settlement is announced in the next 28 hours with accompanying press releases (even better some SEC filings are registered tomorrow evening), Thursday morning you will be chasing this stock and it will be hard to catch. If you do, it will not be any where near a dime. But I know you know that reality and risk since you live in the state of Perfection.
