22:
All of my experiences with RSs have been the same.
The option is on the corporate books for a year or so.
One day, BAM, they execute the R/S and the stock price drops the next day on fear selling.
Sometimes the price comes back. Often it stays down for a long time.
This is my first experience where the RS is announced but the transition doesn't take immediate place, which seems IMO to allow a period of acceptance and evaluation. The SP hasn't really moved very much from last Thursday afternoon, so it MIGHT be that this RS is smoother and less invasive than the others.
Maybe when the actual 5-to-1 shows up on my account, the impact on the price will be minimal ?? Nice way to handle it but I doubt they planned it this way.

That was possibly from my statement. I went back and it was a bit longer than 30 days, quite a bit. however it was a pink and not OTCQB.

timeline for that stock:
4/17/16 announced RS
6/30/16 14C issued for RS
9/20/16 8-K issued for RS stating "At the opening of trading on September 16, 2016, we effected a reverse split of our common stock "

On 9/16/16 I had sent an email to the transfer agent asking why the stock is not trading and why? typical no info response

there had been comments on the board about paper certs being exchanged and that was why it was taking so long, so...
on 11/6/16 I sent another note asking

I have Fidelity and my shares appear to have had the R/S processed and the CUSIP is updated. Others at etrade still have not been updated and still show the old CUSIP. For the etrade account does each stock holder need to call etrade and ask for them to send you the physical share certs so they can be mailed back to etrade?

Please advise if this was supposed to happen by you for them already

They responded with

The applicable broker should update the account to reflect the post-split balance and cusip number upon notification to the market that the split has gone effective.

From August to February there were no trades... some of that time I think was due to no interest in buying...

Again this was a PINK and I don't expect this to be the same timeline...
