Exactly my point. This treatment option has $1B annual potential. The marketing rights could be very valuable to the right company.

Uh..READ THE SAFE HARBOR STATEMENT at the bottom of the PR...everything is free and clear as might/maybe/could be/don't know/not guaranteed/not sure/if/possibly/who knows/doesn't mean for sure/could change faster than we printed it/can't be held liable/space aliens could take control....blah blah...blah....

HERE is what "negotiations" could possibly mean-

"Tony and Bob were at a trade show and they bumped into two dudes from ACME BIO-TECH of eastern Slovania. Big Tony says, "Hey, you dudes interested in doing any deals or partnerships, you know, anywhere in Europe or junk?". Bolanski from Slovania says in broken English, "Ya ya sure, we maybe do deal for big partnership, we got own building too, me show you picture, it got roll-up door and big sign, it my cousins old auto-shop, we make many medicine there now.". Tony, "Groovy, you two all wanna go have a beer and watch the game in the bar over at the hotel?".."Ya, ya we love American foose ball, lets all go".

And THAT would qualify "legally" as "BEING IN NEGOTIATIONS" for all we know....

PRs with vague wording like "We continue to EXPLORE ALL OPTIONS" blah blah blah (TURN ON HOT AIR MACHINE HERE) blah blah (TURN SPIN CYCLE SETTING TO HIGH HERE) blah blah blah don't mean jack shit necessarily...and the grand GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD...is the SEE SAFE HARBOR AT BOTTOM OF PR.....and read the micro-sized print that dude's with 20/10 vision have trouble seeing in less than perfect light...

I wouldn't read too much into any VAGUE PR....at this point...THEY AIN'T GOT A "EU PARTNER" and certainly NOT ONE "WITH A BIG UP FRONT CASH DEAL" ....THAT is the only thing known with 100% "certainty" at this point....else "THE DEAL" WOULD BE DONE AND ANNOUNCED...but it is not...no more complicated than that....

GOOSE EGG until the bird is dead, bagged, and on it's way home to the kitchen to be cooked and eaten...else you're still STARVING TO DEATH...."ONE in the hand is worth TWO in the bush".....how survivors stay alive....
