Probably a screw up by the stock promoters. They might add the wrong url to the wrong site from time to time. Just like CSHD copied one of the NT10K's from them and forgot to change the date, I'd imagine.

At least they changed the company name. I've seen pennies that left the copied company name in the filings and had to put out a pr for an excuse.
