I'm optimistic (as optimistic as one can be with ADXS management given the history of disappointments) that we will see a deal announced at the time of the filing. If not, it begs the question why such a delay when they said in December the window for 2017 had closed by the time they collected the additional GOG information requested. If everything is in place like they said in December, they would have likely filed in January...unless they were finalizing a commcialization deal to be in place with the filing, which they said in January 2017 they were seeking (so it's been a year since they started looking for a partner). If we don't see a deal soon, it begs the question why, and considering TL us a deal maker no deal could mean no interest, which gets back to my optimism that TL should have something inked over the last 8 months of working on it.
