No - if we have a million shares and add a million more (for example), a million is 100% of a million. Get out the calculator and check. It's also referred to as 2x etc (multiplier) - 2 different ways to say the same thing. Another example - I would need an 700% return to break even on this POS, or 8x.

“100% dilution” ? That would result in 0 (zero) shares.
