The dilution comes from shares issued to debt converters by contract, it’s not uncommon for company insiders to buy these dilution shares just like retail.. if it was not for conversions the share price would be many multiples higher than today..

Not sure. Doesn’t really make sense unless they needed a higher o/s for some reason.

It’s difficult to figure out when the plan is so complex. There has to be a reason. Anyone have any ideas?
