While management hasn't posted numbers here yet, they made everyone aware that the remaining $156 debt would be settled or converted in November 2017 and have confirmed conversion when called, but have never confirmed official numbers of shares or cash, so we calculated assuming all shares. They will let us know when we are in the clear I assume. We know they disperse in tranches like 3 million. That's why the O/S has gone up like 3 million at a time. We expect around 370 million or so O/S when complete.
