that math is just misleading and incorrect. If what you think might happen then here is the correct math.

21,000,000 shares at .002 is $42,000.00.

21,000,000 shares divided by 100 is 210,000 shares

210,000 x (100 * .002) = $42,000.00

you forgot to multiply 100 * .002 which would be .20 cents a share times 210,000.
