Most longs continually dabble every way possible to make the picture look pretty, time will tell if 3 cents holds. Given this mess, if I had to label fair value for those willing to be patient and absorb risk, 3 to 3 1/2 cents.

Europe has dabbled for 2 or 3 years with colorectal source of liver cancer, which would be colossal. I have lost interest in any leadership originating from Europe. ICC phase 3 long term could become the key piece, but probably not for next 18 months.
