Yep, good points Elkay. In this case, it seems pretty clear that TCC had nothing to do with manipulating the stock price. With only 850k free trading shares and some reports of only 4,000 shares in the float, when you look closely at the available DD, you find that TCC wouldn't have had control of the free trading shares, but an outside company, Uptick Capital who was party to the Free Trading Share Agreement would be in my opinion a more likely source. Or, simply traders or trading groups on the open market.
