I think some are confusing by distilling this down to selling the IP for $8 million. If she is successful, we will be also. A mid teens royalty for the IP is pretty standard, and we no longer have any of the risk for development which would have always kept a lid on the stock.
I still remember when King announced the trial was stopped. You could hear it in his voice it was all over for PPHM. The criminals just kept milking it until Ronin came along. Now that we know the market value (or more importantly the interest in the platform)frightening to think where we would be without the evil activist hedge fund.
