$ ONCI. Today is February 12th 2018 and March of 2017 has nothing to do with anything thats going on with ONCI today as Steve the CEO has stated that ONCI has just got in position to Bring in Tons of New Revenue as the annual filing that came out on 1/31/2018 also shows with the Lowering of the A/S & O/S and old Debt being Managed now. I am Buying all these Dirt Cheap ONCI shares that i can and looking for more funds to add more as the days and weeks moves ONCI closer to Penny Land.
