If you have evidence it is one entity plus the name is not Hudson Bay, great otherwise it could remind one of the 123M shares for HB and Ayrton to sell before at a similar type price to HB. It would not shock me if Hudson Bay and Ayrton are our life long partners

The stock is now dead money and the placement has destroyed shareholder value. I cannot believe that is all they could get was approx. 5 million. They are going to need more money as well before completion. This was an all time shit show from the company( they should be embarrassed but are prob. laughing). No way to spin this.

Appreciate the good posters here as they had quality info.. They should run the company instead of the maggots that infest it now.

Signing off and buying more of companies where the CEO has a huge stake. This is a hard way to make money people.
