catani, at least we know what is going on now and do not have to wait in the dark of what may be going on. However i do feel mislead by the company when they said that they were not selling.
They may not of been slling stock, but the float is increasing, so they are issuing shares to somebody.
OTC listing will eventually happen, that i will look forward too.
catani- do you have info that noone else does that joe loaned the money without BOD approval. From what I understand the BOD including Sam loaned Pasta the money. Heck they put the aqusition terms in a sec filing. They including Sam had every intent on closing that deal according to the sec filing. better question is why did sam allow over 100k more to be loaned to Pasta while he was president and then decide not to close on the deal
