you have no idea if talari is telling the truth about that. in fact, if he did that, he would have no equity stake in the company, so it doesn't even make sense. the guy says many things that don't come to fruition. so, i wouldn't put a lick of stock into that ridiculous notion. these shells are atms to those guys.
