I thought about that as well - it seemed like a R/S was the plan from the beginning rather than continuing authorizing and issuing shares in the pennies.

Looks like Kidrin wants the composition more similar to MRMD.

Dilution happens only in one scenario according to press release

I just wonders which scenario is better for Worlds, and did Kidrin consider a non-RS scenario by ONLY issuing sufficient new shares to accommodate the warrant exercised shares?
