Agreed. Something that is tangible now is HUGE. Retired debt and no dilution, with a revenue stream. I have to say, I was always a bit skeptical of that revenue stream potential. I never thought we would see this much potential. I figured Ed would get something going but something smaller that may produce a spike here and there. Certainly nothing this big.
