Thanks Data, I was thinking the same thing. Their Shares DO get reduced proportionately along with the rest of us. Warrant holders and Thom do not make out like bandits on this after all is said and done.
That is what should happen, yes. I tend to trust what you say and put a high value on your opinions. I am simply saying that is not 100% always the case. I have not read the contracts for those warrants, I am simply saying if it doesn't happen that way, it is a seriously shady deal.
