I would hope so, but did post a link in which there was no clause in contract for RS.
In that case, it was not adjusted.
It does happen.
Not saying there is no clause, but I do try to prepare for the worst is all.
I did post all of that before I did more research, just me venting so to speak.

Authorized are still the same 250 mil
Outstanding is lowered 5 to 1
So, the company can sell 200 mill more shares
Thats how a rs works.
So 100,000 shares are now 20,000
Lets say it opens monday at .35 so it essentially the same as it is now...
The company issues another 100 mil and now your .35 is .07
So you initally had a value of $7,500....now you have a value of $1,400.00
A net loss of 80% or so
I do not like reverse splits!!!!
