Congress just voted to continue protecting medical marijuana states from federal persecution


Early this morning, Congress voted to renew the Rohrabacher-Blumenauer amendment. Congress voted today to renew the Rohrabacher-Blumenauer provisions which protects states with legal medical marijuana from prosecution by the Department of Justice (DOJ) until March 23rd as part of a continuing resolution according to the office of Congressman Earl Blumenauer.
