If there is any investors out there interested in china aqua farms they must have heard about Siaf and the "worlds largest in house fish farm". Yet we are trading at ridiculous levels and the only big fish buying is Garret that has been with Siaf way back. The investor space must really have some trust issues with Solly and his friends since they are prepared to wait for him and his A-shares to leave Triway (but he wont because he will own a large chunk privately and via Siaf). What else are they waiting for? The type of investors that we like could provide capital similar to the loan, so that cant be the main issue. I suppose they really wants to see new management, and Triway separate from Sollys A-shares.

Siaf HK holds shares in TRW. Was the plan that they were held for pre IPO? Where will the money for these shares go - who owns them? I have never understood this plan. If they were owned by TRW then our part is over 36.6%
