No details unless a suitor gets frustrated with the negotiations and goes public with the offer. That is highly unlikely.

The only certainty is if an offer is accepted an 8K will be issued.

I would not expect either party to issue any public notification while negotiations are on going.

Occasionally rumors will be released to the press about companies receiving buyout offers.
