Claims he did shorting in High 002's and was doing it at IB. Well I checked IB this past week and LIGA wasn't even on the List of Shortable Stocks anymore.

Wonder why??? Lol

IB requires 250 in CASH reserves for every share shorted in OTC
This person claims he had 2.5 million
In cash reserves in order to short 1 mil of Liga at .0025!!!
