yeah, that was just the silliest comment, right? the 20 bill authorized is ESSENTIAL to them being able to maintain their line of credit. so, it is not "unimportant." a lot of folks who trade otc stocks have no clue about how financing works. seriously. they don't know. so, they think in the most elementary terms and perspective about it, not even realizing how having a solid understanding of how a company is financing their operations affects the pps and shareholder investment.
