So what you are suggesting is Stafford, White and Roger Farley sacrificed their CDMO shares, at a profit mind you, to drive the share price lower in order to scare the retail shareholders into selling to make room for institutions. Well that sounds perfectly legal. Oh wait, they are hedge funds, that must be allowed.

If it is $30M with no royalties I would prefer they just shelve all the IP and get to $100-200M in revenue and then revisit BBs and Exsomes to see how to proceed
