I understand your feelings about the pattern of news served to us today. They resulted, in turn, in lihgt "algorithmic" trading. You see, this old procedure, derived from the name of the 9-th century Persian mathematician Al Khowarizimi, ..."involves direct manipulation of the figures without regard for the underlying principles of the operation" - classical definition. But strange sequence of words, no?

However, I did something...I forgot about fancy triangles and regressions and bought SPY long, at a "recently verified inflexion point" (i.e 134.44, 12.45pm)...and let the boys do the lifting, because that's what they want.
